This 361sf ADU was designed to maximize flexible-use space in its original garage footprint. Powder room, shower room, and laundry are organized in a slender row behind a wall of sliding doors. The remaining open space is free to become guest room, music haven, or kids' escape. Double glass doors and skylights flood the space with natural light and create a fluid connection with the home's outdoor living spaces.

As a second project, the client had cb:a remodel their home kitchen and living space, which included opening up the kitchen to the living space and vaulting the ceiling. New custom cabinets, sage green paneling, and two skylights brighten the space with fresh modern character. (images below)
